Wade Webster was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, on June 26, 1957. He enjoys a diverse practice with emphasis in litigation, corporate law, oil and gas, real estate, financings, taxation, estate planning and successions.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
 
He is the author of Expert Witness Fees in Federal Diversity Cases; 24 St. Mary’s Law Journal 463 (1993).
 
Mr. Webster graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Accounting in 1978.  In 1982, he received his J.D. from Tulane Law School.
 
He was admitted to the Louisiana bar in 1982, and the Texas bar in 1993.  Mr. Webster is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States Tax Court.
 
Mr. Webster is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, Texas Bar Association and the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants.  He is a title insurance agent in the State of Louisiana licensed to issue title insurance for real estate financings and for maritime vessel financings.
