Daniel Lichtl is a partner with the firm’s New Orleans office.  Mr. Lichtl’s legal practice is focused in the areas of corporate law, business counseling and transactions and civil litigation in Commercial, International, Energy, Maritime, Construction and Employment law matters.

Mr. Lichtl has assisted companies in acquiring, financing and structuring industrial and agricultural developments.  He also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating leases for both landlords and tenants in industrial and agricultural properties.  Mr. Lichtl has additionally handled numerous commercial transactions, including the drafting and negotiating of share subscription agreements, stock purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and yacht/vessel purchases, financing and sale agreements.  Furthermore, Mr. Lichtl has successfully handled litigation in the areas of breach of contract, energy insurance subrogation liability, redhibition/breach of warranty and maritime collision.   

Born in Metairie, Louisiana on July 23, 1974.
